I take such pleasure to post this 5 Star Review!!! The owner's are always very professional, friendly, caring, concerned and a joy to know. You are always treated like family and the Father, Mother and Daughter ALWAYS provide service with a BIG smile. The quality of the fruit is awesome. They take pride in freshening up the grab and go ready made fruit bouquet to look awesome. Everyone who has received a delivery from them were soooo pleased and satisfied. I had a great experience placing a phone order with Edible Arrangements on 1800 Skibo Road in Fayetteville, NC for a friend. From start to finish, the process was smooth and convenient, and I really appreciated the customer service I received from Clinton. Clinton was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the ordering process. He took the time to make sure everything was correct and made me feel confident that my friend would receive a great gift. His attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. As a military veteran myself, I especially appreciate supporting businesses and employees who understand the importance of taking care of their customers and community. Clinton provided outstanding service and represented Edible Arrangements extremely well. Thank you, Clinton, for making the experience so easy and stress-free. I definitely appreciate your excellent customer service and would recommend this location to friends and family!

Decide to order my grandson that lives in Fayetteville for his graduation and making all A’s this year in school. They did not call or ring the doorbell but left the fruit outside in the heat. This is what my grandson got when he opened it. His mother was so upset and ask for a refund but No one ever contact me because I’m the one who brought it. It wasn’t about the money or refund it was about him getting his special gift today. The owner say they hire third party that do the delivery and she has no control over that but edible arrangements do. After two phone calls nothing has been resolved. Talk to corporate they will get back with me if they need to talk to me. If they need to talk to me just look at the picture below and see if they need to talk to me. Won’t be using their service again

I do not and will not be doing business with them again. They outright Lied to us about getting it delivered on my sons birthday. We got it the next day with a half dead balloon and it was placed on the rainy ground with it still raining. They said they tried to deliver but I know they lied cause I was waiting for them on his birthday near the front door and heared NOT a single knock and then they sent the message that they would deliver by 8 pm. NOPE. Never did. So if you want to deal with liars, here's the place. For the price it's not worth it.

Ordered for an 8am pickup on valentines day so things would be fresh. I arrived at 8am to find a single employee (who claimed it was her first day, so management failure) and no orders ready. I left my name and number and did not get a call the entire day. Absolute incompetence. Would give 0 stars if possible. Have still not received a refund. Don't waste your time or money.
